Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment.

Telehealth Payments
Consultations must be fully paid before the scheduled appointment time can be confirmed.
Cancellations must call 1300 114 838 to request a refund. Cancellations within 24-hr of confirmed appointment will not warrant refund.
In all cases refunds, if applicable, will only be made using the online payment gateway to the card originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to five working days to appear on a card statement.
